How many of you have an Instant Pot only because you were told by someone else that it’s the most amazing thing? So you bought it only to see it sit as another gigantic appliance you never use. Well, I was one of those people! My mom bought me a 6 qt. Instant Pot a little over a year ago and it sat for a long time. It took my mom coming over and showing me how to use it that I finally felt comfortable with the contraption.

I will tell you that it is now my favorite kitchen gadget and if you don’t have one you will want one after you watch my video on how to make egg bites with the Instant Pot.

My homemade recipe for egg bites is so good and easy to make! 13 g of Protein, 8 g of Fat and only 2 g of carbs for each one. It’s an excellent way to get your protein values up for the day! Eat them on the go, put them in the kids lunches, or bring them to a brunch and impress all your friends.

Things you will need:
6 qt pressure cooker
Instant Pot egg bite forms
Trivet for instant Pot
blender
Recipe:
Place all these ingredients in a blender cup
4 eggs
3/4 cup cottage cheese 2%
1/4 feta cheese full fat
Salt and Pepper
Blend all ingredients together

In egg bite silicon pan:
1 cup ham or other protein to fill the bottom
veggies or other add ins (your choice)

Pour over the egg recipe and fill to the top

Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot with a trivet

Now the egg mold is ready to be placed on top of the trivet, secure lid of pressure cooker and set on steam for 8 min. Let it rest for 10 min after cooking is finished and you are done!

Enjoy!!
