Inbody 770 1 time Appointment
30 minutes @ $50.00
Get tested once a month or every other week depending on your goals. We can tell you your Intra and Extracellular water, Fat mass and Lean Body Mass, Visceral fat (the most unhealthy fat on your body) as well as the integrity of your cells. So how healthy are you? Lets meet up for your appointment and chat about your goals as they relate to the Inbody scan.
Red Light Therapy
30 minutes @ $20.00
Biomax 900 Red light therapy and Near Infrared light therapy panels stimulates collagen production and tissue regeneration while modulating inflammation via a process called photobiomodulation. These panels are high intensity and feel so good! Red light has been shown to promote healing in many areas from acne, to wound healing to hair regrowth and pain.
Far Infrared Sauna
30 minutes @ $20.00
The far infrared sauna is safer and more tolerable than a conventional sauna. It utilizes heat energy to penetrate tissues and then mobilize toxins from fat storage directly into the sweat. The far infrared saunas use a ceramic infrared heater, which allows for a deeper penetration of about 1.5 inches. This heat penetration allows for a lower temperature setting than the conventional sauna thus allowing for a longer duration.

Health Accelerator (Inbody/Sauna/Red Light)
$79.00 per month
This monthly subscription is a health acceleration package. You will be able to schedule 1 Inbody session per month and have 20 min to sit down with Jolene and discuss your results. This also includes up to 8 sauna or red light therapy sessions per month. You choose how you want to break down the 8 sessions. Come 4 times in the sauna and 4 for the red light or use all 8 on the red light. You book through the scheduling link on the page. (Value worth $220)
